Simple Meditation



Do the meditation in the morning 4 to 8 am and evening 6 to 8 pm.

The mediation will do in empty stomach only.

>Sit in sugasana or badhmaasana....the backbone should be straight...but sit relax not like toughen..

>close your eyes

>just listen the flow of inhale and exhale of the breath..

>you dont inhale or exhale the breath .just watch this in awareness..

first its not easy later you able to watch the breath...

first if you try you will not watch but you will inhale and exhale..this is going to happen first so dont worry keep on trying to watch the breath and breath should be automatic..later you will got succeed.

After 10 0r 20 minutes ..when you completed the meditation  slowly open your eyes .

Do it daily for 10 or 20 minutes.
