Tamil Eelam football players arrive in London for Tynwald Hill tournament

The country still under siege Tamileelam, occupied by Sri Lanka , moving ahead in world arena through Diaspora , as football team of Tamil Eelam arrived in London to play in Tynwald Hill tournament in the Isle of Man. The team members from various countries when the Tamil Diaspora lives , usually come together for matches.

British football players joined by players from Germany and France who arrived on Tuesday. Their team mates from Canada, Italy and Switzerland are expected later this week. The team welcomes many new faces this year, including a number of professional footballers that have played in the German and Italian football leagues.

Goalkeeper Antoni Nagalingam who has been living in the UK for five years was previously a player in the Sri Lankan premier league and played for the Sri Lankan national team. Antoni also played for and captained the original Tamil Eelam team in Vanni between 2001 and 2003. When asked about his experiences in playing both in Colombo and in Kilinochchi, Antoni said that the two were completely different due to racism in the Sri Lankan premier league, meaning Tamil players were rarely given opportunities to advance. We asked the players about their expectations for the upcoming Tynwald Hill tournament in the Isle of Man. Kathiravan ‘Kutty’ Uthayanan from the UK said that he expected “a high level of football” and looked forward to a “new team dynamic, where the players push each other to achieve more”. German player Gvinthan Navaneethakrshnan, on holiday from FC Germania Friedrichstal, said that forming the team for the VIVA world cup last year was a step in the right direction, and he hoped that this year’s team would build on and improve upon last year’s performance. Why did the Tamils take up arms?

The birth and growth of the armed resistance movement should be analysed within the historical development of the Tamil struggle for self-determination. The Tamil struggle for self-determination has an evolutionary history of nearly half a century. It is a history characterized by state repression and resistance by the Tamils. The political struggles in the early periods were peaceful, democratic and non-violent but later assumed the form of armed resistance as the military repression of the state intensified into genocidal proportions.
Sinhala state repression against the Tamils began to manifest in concrete forms following the independence of the island in 1948, when the British colonial masters transferred the state's power to the Sinhala dominated parliamentary system. By discriminatory legislation and by other measures, successive Sinhala majority governments unleashed a systematic form of oppression that deprived the Tamils of their linguistic, educational and employment rights. Gradually and systematically, the thrust of state oppression affected the sphere of economic and social life of the Tamils. In the meantime, the state-aided aggressive colonization in the Tamil areas not only deprived them of their rights over their historical lands but also altered the ethnic composition of the population rendering the Tamils a minority in certain traditional Tamil regions. The features of Sinhala state oppression clearly indicated a devious plan calculated to destroy the national identity of the Tamil people.
As the Sinhala state oppression and discrimination unfolded in its ugly forms threatening the national identity, the Tamil parliamentary political leadership responded with mass political agitations. Adopting Gandhi's concept of 'ahimsa', the Tamil leadership organized non-violent campaigns demanding justice and fair play from Sinhala rulers. In the early sixties, the 'satyagraha' (peaceful picketing) campaigns attracted huge masses of people in massive demonstrations symbolizing a national uprising against the state. The Sinhala Government reacted with military violence and terror, brutally crushing the non-violent peaceful campaigns of the Tamils. Instead of looking into the genuine grievances of an aggrieved people, Colombo Governments adopted a harsh policy of military repression. Such high-handed tactics of terror made the people realise the futility of the non-violent campaigns.They realized that a repressive racist state adopting the methods of brutal violence attached no respect to the moral and spiritual values underlying non violent struggles. The Tamil people became frustrated and lost hope in both the parliamentary system which functioned under the tyranny of the majority and the non-violent struggles which were systematically crushed by the tyranny of the military. In desperation, the Tamil leadership sought political negotiations to resolve the conflict. Sinhala leaders entered into agreements but soon abrogated the pacts when Sinhala chauvinistic forces opposed reconciliation with the Tamils. The event that climaxed the state oppression against the Tamils was the new Republican constitution of 1972 which was a blatant attempt to legalize and institutionalize Sinhala chauvinism at the cost of alienating the Tamil nation from unitary constitutional politics. This event brought about radical transformation in the nature and structure of the Tamil political struggle.
It was during this specific historical juncture, that the armed resistance movement was born on Tamil soil with the determination to fight for political independence from alien domination. The armed struggle emerged as a historical development of the Tamil struggle in response to the determined efforts of the Sinhala Government to subjugate the Tamils. The Tamils took up arms when they were presented with no alternative other than to defend themselves against a savage form of genocidal oppression, when peaceful forms of democratic political agitations were violently repressed, when constitutional paths and parliamentary doors were effectively closed, when Sinhala ruling elites callously rejected the demands for justice and equality. Therefore, the Tamil armed struggle for political independence and self-government is the historical product of decades of racist oppression and injustice.

Tamil Protesters , who urged to boycott Sri Lankan cricket and government , have caught up with Legendary Indian Cricketer Sunil Gavaskar who listened about the Sri Lanka’s persecution on Tamils.Gavaskar came out after the match after hearing that Tamils are protesting outside the stadium and listened carefully to activist who explained to him about the killings of Tamils and need to countries to boycott Sri Lanka.

He was also interested to listen about the ongoing persecution of Tamils under Ethnic Sinhala , Sri Lankan military. After Tamil Protesters invaded the ground like unceasing waves, one of the biggest protest cricket world have ever seen in the history , Gavaskar and other prominent players were much interested to find out the demands of protesters.

Protesters thanked Gavaskar for his humanity and interest shown, to understand why one must boycott Sri Lankan cricket.

Simple Meditation

Do the meditation in the morning 4 to 8 am and evening 6 to 8 pm.

The mediation will do in empty stomach only.

>Sit in sugasana or badhmaasana....the backbone should be straight...but sit relax not like toughen..

>close your eyes

>just listen the flow of inhale and exhale of the breath..

>you dont inhale or exhale the breath .just watch this in awareness..

first its not easy later you able to watch the breath...

first if you try you will not watch but you will inhale and exhale..this is going to happen first so dont worry keep on trying to watch the breath and breath should be automatic..later you will got succeed.

After 10 0r 20 minutes ..when you completed the meditation  slowly open your eyes .

Do it daily for 10 or 20 minutes.

Tamil eelam people genocide by srilankan army issue

In srilanka tamil peoples need separate country from srilanka bec the government of srilanka not giving equall rights to tamil peoples .Many tamil kings ruled srilanka..Ravanan also a tamil king ruled srilanka longtime ago.
Atfirst Tamil people are majority in the island..Late sinhale people became majority. and now tamil people are minority...

 The tamil people need there own land ..they asking the land where they are living in srilanka. There are No more possibilty to live together now because the tamil peoples who are all living in the srilanka country always fear..The srilanka army said the war was completed 4 years before and destroyed ltte. But the army is still in the living area of tamil people.they dnt getback the army..still..

If 2 different  cultural group of people not willing to live together in the same country,

1.why cannot we give them separate land?.

2.what is the purpose of forcing the unwilling tamil people to live together with injustice(not getting equal rights) in the name of national unity?

3.If  National unity is important then why can't be world unity...?
why many more country exist in the single world?

4.why the countries are separated even the peoples are from same culture and religion.

i.e, bangladesh from pakistan ( 2 countries are muslim country )
ie., south korea nad north korea (2 countries are korean peoples)

but the srilanka problem is 2 different culture ..different language...different ethnic group..different religion etc

5.If  Srilanka Army kill more than 2 lakhs tamil people then its National unity. ..
   But a group of tamil people form a organization  to fight for their own land and for freedom  to fight against srilanka Army then its a TREASON..

Hospital and Education should be cent percent free by government

If possible we can try to implement free education and medical treatment.

Every human should get free education and free treatment world wide.

Hospital and Education institution should under taking by government 100% and free of cost.

We not compel fees but we get donation .If the student or patient willing.

We can compensate the expense by getting education and hospital tax from people and make it 100 percent free of cost for any education or medical treatment.

No one in the world should die in hunger

We have to take action and assure food to every human being in the world.
No human being in the world should die because of not having food.
Atleast we must give some food to the needy people who are not having foods and in hungry.

Increase the literacy rate to cent percent

We have to take action and continue work regarding to improve the literacy 100 percent throughout the world.
Then only everyone will know what is happening throughout the world.Then the people should be aware on everything.
The unemployment also reduce due to literacy increase.

We have to decrease the world population

Now the world population was increased more and still increasing.If we cant find a solution to decrease the world population then in future our coming generation will suffer more..So hereafter we must birth one child only for a family and this only solve the issue .Everyone who are going to marry should keep promise by their own that we are birth only a single child only...If we follow this rule one family and one child then the population will surely decreased in future..

For example...

In a village 1000 couples are living there...

then they birth only one child then  1000 child only born

then the 1000 child become 500 couples..

then at next generation become 250 couples...

then the next generation become 125 couples only in the village


IF the population is less we can easily increase in one generation ..

but for decreasing the population it takes 4 to 5 generation..

So we must make awareness to the people and implement from now because its urgent now...

if the world population increases in the way. then  every problem will increase more related to that.

Reduce the weapons and decrease the millitary

We have to reduce the weapons and reduce the millitary.

The military was common for every countries.No separate military for each country.country border may exist but not separate military for each country.

We form a single miltary for the whole world ,if a country is occupying another country the military will go there and will solve the issue.

So we have to spend the money to world poverty else for making large weapons and increase military strength.

All humanbeings in the world wherevr they live are brothers and sisters to evryone..

we have to realize that and unite the world as a single family.
